Requested server not found

OK I tried to connect to a reflector on the id52a radio AND it will NOT connect. WHen I select a reflector then transmit it says: " Requested server not found"?

However when I go to Openspot4 dashboard on my PC and select a reflector and "save" it will connect no problem.

WHy am I getting this problem on selecting a REF on the radio? It was working for past 4 weeks now all of sudden cannot change reflectors

Very strange.
Any help appreciated.

Our server database had a networking issue, which is now fixed. It should work now, or in 1 day.

I was wondering wht could have gone wrong...been pulling my hair out trying to find solution

Is there any alerts you put out so we know when these occurrences happen in future?

Strange how it was only happening on the ID52A...Can you advise was it just a issue with the way the radio connects? as I was able to change reflectors on the Openspot Web dashboard. ( but not the radio)

GraemeLee,,,, i had the same issue, but mine was with the FTM-400XDE and a FT5D, so all radios i assume, same as you could connect and change reflectors with the RF Link but not the radios, which makes me wonder, if for any reason sharkrf went down the tube it seems that if that happned it would render the openspots usless.

I can't sign into the server set up my openspot 4

It just hangs doing nothing other than time out.

What Status LED color do you see on the openSPOT?

There are two sides.

one on the left if you will is pulsing white.

The one on the right if you will is pulsing blue.

They have been different color through my endeavors.

Which LED state do you see?
The openSPOT4 has two LEDs, and the charge LED can only be orange if the battery is being charged.

As HA2NON says only 2 LEDs, 1 at the top where the buttons are is the charging LED, the 1 at the bottom is a status LED which changes color depending on what status the op4 is in, so the bottom one can alternate in color, there is no left or right to it
