Setup - UID entered but site can't be reached

My smartphone and openSPOT3 are connected to the same 2.4 network. I went to the sharkRF.link site on my smartphone and entered the UID on the back of the openSPOT and click the Connect button.

It pauses for a few seconds then displays:
This site can't be reached http://192.xxx.x.x/ is unreachable. (I substituted "x" for actual numbers)

There is a Reload button at the bottom of the screen and I've pressed it but the above message appears again.

I thought I'd install the SharkRF Link App but when I click on it I get the message: This phone isn't compatible with this app.

What else can I do to get this working?

What Status LED color do you see on the device?

Reset the OpenSpot 3 to factory defaults and tried again on a tablet. Same message.

Reset it again and tried on a different 2.4 TP-Link router. Always fails to connect.

Make sure both your phone and the openSPOT are connected to the exact same Wi-Fi network, and Wi-Fi client isolation is turned off in your router's settings, otherwise the router's Wi-Fi clients won't be able to communicate with each other.
