Hi guys, thanks for the input.
Surely, everything is possible with themes and colors, whichever effort it takes, there are no limits.
But in my opinion this is not constructively having any advantage for the purpose of this software. Play around with Windows themes for all software on your pc to have the same effect; all used colors depend on it, they are in no way completely fixed.
As a personal note, I don't like dark modes and such, so this is my 'signature' for all of my software :]

Update for some flags:
Monitor: fixed United Kingdom flags exception (US state Georgia).
Flags: fixed a few conversion errors and improved some. Ukraine, Sweden, Australia.

Added info to OM's weather conditions. Another way to beef up your QSO :]
Usage: MouseClick and additional key Shift, Ctrl or Alt pressed in the grid's City column or in the Last OM Info box. This will produce a weather webpage. It will succesfully work for the majority of the grid city names, but not for all.
