No Return Audio Crossmode to DMR

Hello All
I have a Openspot4 pro, using a Icom Dstar radio.
Dstar through openspot works fine.
Dstar cross mode to Brandmeister, transmission shows up on log, but no return audio.
TGIF it does not show as it I am transmitting, or return audio
I have spent three days reading and watching all the info, no help.
I am sure it is a simple setting, that I have missed.
Any help would be appreciated

Please post a screenshot of the call log which shows your outgoing calls.

Do you mean that you see incoming calls from the network in the call log, but you don't hear them on your transceiver?
If yes, does the transceiver's RX LED lights up, indicating that it is receiving a call?

It shows connected, no red light flashing.
Right now I have it connected to TGIF 30093, it says connected. No Audio no flashing red lights.
I know the group is active, because I am listening to it my Allstar node.
Also the Dstar radio does not crossmode transmit.
I have used it as a Dstar hotspot that seems to work ok, so radio is setup correctly
The issues I have are in the cross mode, I have got it receive only a couple of times in over a week.
But never transmit.
I have read the Dstar setup page it references how to setup many times.
Are there any differences in the Dstar transceiver setup for cross mode?

If you don't see calls in the call log, then the server does not send them to your opemSPOT, so you won't hear them. This may be a server or talkgroup linking issue, verify that you have the correct talkgroups linked and try using a different server.

I connected to Brandmeister Parrot, it hears me fine, as per the last heard page, but cannot hear it.
I am able to do all the Dstar functions between my radio and the open spot, Time, Inquiry, ect.
So my radio is setup correctly.
Spent 4 hours trying numerous servers and talk groups.
No Parrot, but after spending over a week, messing with this thing, I finally got a contact on TG91.
Nothing on TGIF, the main reason I bought it.
That is it, one contact in probably 20 hours of trying.
My wife is starting to give me that look, you know how much did you spend on that??????

Was able to make a contact on tgif 23428.
Thank you for your help, sorry about my frustration.
Was really hoping this would work.
Not sure what is up, but the Cross Mode just doesn't work for me.
Probably something to do with internet connections.
