Something on your network is probably blocking your openSPOT4 from contacting the sharkrf.link database to upload its local IP address.
Try opening the web interface using http://openspot4.local/ or http://openspot4/
If you've opened the web interface then look at the device log on the Status page to find out more about the sharkrf.link issue. Make sure Advanced mode is enabled at the bottom right of the web interface to see the device log.
If you can't open the web interface even with the mentioned URLs, then find out the IP address assigned to your openSPOT4 by your router on the Wi-Fi router's web interface. The IP address is usually listed on the "DHCP clients" or similarly named page.
