X Button on FT-991A

Hello,

I've noticed that when I press the WiresX button on my 991a it transmitts the query to the hotspot, but then the frequency changes. For example: configured to use 446.123 (as an example) and it switches to 446.120 and when I press the back button the frequency goes back to 446.123

Any idea why this is happening or what can I do to stop this from happening?

Somewhere in the FT-991A is a setting that controls this, I forget the name of it but all the Yaesu C4FM radios have it.

I think it's probably Preset Channels, menu items 152 and 153 perhaps?

This only happens with the openspot4. It does not happen when I use a pistar.

RESOLVED: For whatever reason the OS4 directs the 991a to change frequency after a wiresx query. My OS4 and 991a are using a frequency of 430.123Mhz. I have since changed the frequency to 430.125Mhz. The problem goes away. I'm not sure why it would have done this, but for now this is the solution.
