Adding REF, DCS, XLS reflectors etc to Fav’s via web Interface

I have not been able to see a way of adding reflectors to Favs via web interface.
Saving a Ref using the M1KE works but can be fidly via the small screen.
Adding TG’s when using MMDVM etc works fine using the “Mic” web interface setting.

There's a Custom server field with "Add server" and "Remove" buttons at each connector settings. You can save the configured server by clicking on the Add server button. Saved servers will be listed at the top of the servers dropdown list. They are listed under Custom server when using the Quick Setup on the device display.
