Hello I am Carlos KB2csn. I am visually Impaired totally blind and bought an M1K. As A blind person, I find it be a pretty inaccessible product, also I am going into a nursing home where there is no WIFI. I am on disability and cant afford to lose the $400 and I am inquired about returning it several times. It has been two weeks since I received it on Wednesday. If anyone has info on how to return it or how to get a return label. Thank you very much, Carlos. I have spoken to Norbert about many products. I have not received any info about returning it. I have spoken with info@sharkrf.com and I have called their phone number in Tallinn, Estonia and left voicemails for SharkRF. Any help would be apricated
