No audio on transmit

I am writing because when I transmit on the M1ke no audio it is just static . I do not know what I
am doing wrong I love the radio all modes in one radio. I hope someone could help me .

Make sure your M1KE is updated to the latest firmware v21.

I upgraded the firmware to verison 21 no help just static when transmitting .

What you've attached to your forum post is an .lnk file which is maybe some kind of a Windows shortcut file. We need the exported configuration profile file which has .cfg extension by default.

Click on the Export button in the Export/import section on the Settings page of the M1KE web interface: https://manuals.sharkrf.com/m1ke/web/settings/cfgprofile.html

Your browser will download the profile .cfg file.

This is also a shortcut file which points to C:\Users\JAMES\Downloads\m1ke-2-TGIF(3).cfg
Please send us the m1ke-2-TGIF(3).cfg file and not the shortcut.

Yes. Send that .cfg file directly. Do not create shortcuts.
