DSTAR - Requested server not found

Hey Gang - When trying to connect to any REFxxx the openspot will connect and then repeat "openspot requested server not found" ad infinitum. I've tried about everything I can think of, including resetting all profiles. I don't have a working backup to revert to. Does anyone have an idea of what my problem is? I'm about to pull my last 3 hairs out. Thanks!

The announcement means that the given server with callsign REFxxx can't be found in our REF server database. You can set it up manually if you open the web interface and go to REF/XRF connector settings.

Sorry, xxx = any REF reflector. The openspot will connect to any REF reflector and then exhibit the symptoms detailed above. So, I can connect but then it's the "openspot requested server not found" announcement until I change the connector to NULL to make it stop. If I switch back to DSTAR, the problem comes back.

BTW, I have an openspot 3 with the same settings and it's working fine.

Probably your transceiver's destination callsign is not set to CQCQCQ. https://manuals.sharkrf.com/openspot4/en/setting-up-your-transceiver.html#d-star-radio-setup

That isn't the problem. The same radio works fine on my openspot 3.

I also just tested connecting it to my phone's Wi-Fi hotspot with the same symptoms. My openspot 3 works fine with the hotspot so it's something with the openspot 4.
