MyOS4 has worked for a long time flawlessly. I recently moved and reset the device to my new WiFi. The OS4 worked great for a few months. It then began to randomly reboot several times a day (often multiple times an hour). I have done factory resets. I have changed SSID and Wifi connections. I have found the following.
On a friends network, the OS4 seems to operate fine. There are no reboots. We tested it for a couple of hours and there were no recorded reboot events. I then borrowed my friend's OS4 and configured it for my network. It worked flawlessly for over 48 hours. As soon as I hooked my OS4 up to the same network, it would randomly reboot. The am running the most current firmware version. I have factory reset the device again. I also copied his settings (other than personal information) to remove that variable.
When the reboot event occurs, there is no notification in the log. I do see a time gap and then a restart. Initially, the event begins with a drop of audio if I am in RX or connection to the server if I am in TX. The following is the time line (approx) and the LED indicators:
0 Sec - Call dropped
4 or 5 Sec - Slow Blue Flash
2 to 3 Sec - Blue/Orange Flash
2 to 3 Sec - Rapid Red Flash
1 to 2 Sec - Blue Orange Flash
10-45 sec - Rapid Red Flashing
On Going - Green Slow Flash and reestablished connection.
I have trapped two events from today in the log file. They follow:

My Wifi is within 10' of the OS4. It is a 2.4g only SSID. The OS4 is in open at connect to a 20W power source. It is cool to the touch.
I am at a loss. Since my friends device works on my network and we now share settings, I am concerned the OS4 has some kind of fault. Please let me know the next steps I should take.
Thanks. Don KC0DE
