Need some help please... So reading the manual for OpenSpot 4 Pro regarding setting up DAPNET it talks about needing a transmitter key issued from DAPNET and provides a link to get it... searching the topic on their wikipage they reference the OpenSpot 2 and OpenSpot 3 but nothing on the 4... going into the information they provide on the 3 it tells you to read the manual from SharkRF...
When I fill in the form to submit for the transmitter key, it is asking questions that I simply can not find the answers to... so can someone help point me in the right direction or perhaps tell me what to put down?
Antenna Type - Omni or Directional - if Direction - main radiation direction of the antenna?
Transmitter output power?
Antenna Height Above Ground?
Antenna gain in dBI including cable losses?
I know the OpenSpot does have an antenna, but it would not be used for DAPNET, I tried putting Omni and then 0 for everything else or NA, the two tickets were ignored - when I put in the information 5 days later for what my ID-5100 and my X510 antenna have, I get a reply saying this information is not correct.. when I reply to their ticket in their system, I get zilch reply.
