Openspot 3 unable to connect.

After changing the battery, I’m unable to connect to the AP.
Hoping someone can help. After replacing the battery I'm not able to connect to SharkRF link.

Pressing the Wi-Fi button brings up a solid white light, nothing further happens.
Pressing the Power button brings up momentary white, then blue, then fast flashing red/yellow.
Then after 20 seconds or so it changes to a slow flashing red which remains on.
Pressing the Wi-Fi button for3 seconds while the red light is slow flashing, brings up a fast flashing white light, then slow red flashing resumes. If the switch on the white light continues to flash until released, then the slow red flashing resumes.
At no time is the AP showing on my home Wi-Fi or iPhone Wi-Fi settings.

Slow flashing red status LED means that a hardware error is detected. You can find out what's exactly happening if you connect your OS3 to your computer and use the USB serial console. Turn on logging with the "log" command (without the double quotation marks). When trying to connect to the laptop via USB cable there’s no change in the ports, there’s only COM3 & COM4. Initially the green charge light is showing, and then pressing both buttons for more than 10 seconds, a solid white light, then when the buttons are released a green light fast flashing. After a short period the green flashing light turns to flashing red yellow followed by a slow flashing red light.
So basically the Openspot is not able to be connected to the AP or COM port. Any other suggestions, or have I
killed it.

I turned the OS on and plugged it into a USB on my laptop. I presses the to buttons for less than 10 seconds and the small white light flashed then turned solid. I'm really t a loss as to what to do now. It's not showing up in Device Manager.

If your OS3 has the slow flashing red light then you can connect it to your computer and open the USB serial console to find out more information about the hardware issue the device has detected.

See my previous posts....
I have followed, or at least tried to, still my OS3 will not connect to computer or WiFi access point. Following steps in the manual hasn't helped.
Is there a step by step process that I can follow to get it working again? As far as I can see, if the device is not showing up
on my Device Manager of entering into AP in WiFi, then how it can't communicate.
A last ditch plan would be to send it back to SharkRF and see if it can be fixed.
