Bob_N5DEA WX5OU thank you. I have done that but once I connect to another node it disconnects and connects about every minute. If I don’t use my node it connects without disconnecting automatically
StanLaMuth Bob_N5DEA I’m totally lost - where do I find the Register as a node section ? I’ve got 3 nodes online already and have a node number all set for the M1KE . I’m just not seeing where to set this up in the M1KE. Than in s in advance !
Bob_N5DEA StanLaMuth I found it only on the web interface. You must have Advanced mode checked and then go to the Connectors page
WX5OU Bob, Im having that issue also on mode nodes that I connect to disconnecting every 45 seconds or so
StanLaMuth Bob_N5DEA I found it . I’m connected and it shows as a node . It stays connected for 50 seconds - disconnects fir 15 seconds then repeats the cycle. If I use the web transceiver mode connections are solid.

Bob_N5DEA It would be nice if someone who knows how to set this up to make a video to help others who are not so much technically savvy.
Bob_N5DEA I can connect to a node like normal but when I use Register as a Node on the same node. It connects but after about 50 it disconnects and reconnects 15 and then cycles through the same process until I uncheck Register as a node then it connects fine. What am I doing wrong???
StanLaMuth Bob_N5DEA mine is doing the exact same thing so you’re not alone . I’m sure there’s a minor bug that needs tweeking . It is beta test so it’s kind of fun being there .
Bob_N5DEA StanLaMuth I finally connected to node 28528 as a node and it’s not disconnecting. I just tried changing to Node 27600 and it did not disconnect. I’m thinking since my node number was brand new it may have taken time for it to populate into the system worldwide. Just my guess
Bob_N5DEA Nope… went back to node 53245 and it started the disconnect and reconnect cycle. A little frustrating. I’m stopping for the day

Bob_N5DEA Ok I’ve been testing a little bit. The following nodes I would get the disconnect and connect cycle when I connected to them as a Register as a Node: 29332 507040 42235 28332 49562 The following nodes I connected too as a Register as a Node with no problems: 28528 42610 50015 55436 506318 I don’t know what may be the differences in these nodes that don’t allow us to connect as a Register Node. I hope this info will help in testing. If I’m doing something wrong please let me know as I am new with this technology. Thanks and 73 Goodnight

KelloggKid I requested and received a Node Number and to my knowledge have it all properly set up. It shows up on the All Nodes list on Allstar.org. I have no clue what the next step is. What do I need to do on the M1Ke?
Bob_N5DEA KelloggKid yesterday I applied for a node number at AllStarLink. Once I got that I went in the web interface of the m1ke and checked off Register as a node and then you will be able to enter in your node number and password. Using this you will be able to connect to all nodes not just one with WT.
