Issue with no audio coming across on different modes.

I have set up NXDN, TGIF, BM DMR, AllStar and Dstar. They all connect to the networks with no issue. When I go to transmit on NXDN and BM DMR there is no transmit audio coming across the TG. I tested the dejitter qeue and on these two networks the qeue graph goes up on the key down and straight back down to the bottom of the graph and then on dekey there is another peak in the graph. I have even tried changing the Dejitter qeue length to 1000 and that did nothing. On NXDN the call goes through to the system reflector but no audio from the reflector. On BM DMR the call initiates on the M1KE but does not go through to the TG. When I transmit from a radio into the same TG on BM DMR I am able to hear the audio on the M1KE. I have tested my M1KE on parrot and audio comes through fine. I do have the connection set to group call because the private is not checked. I'm needing a little assistance please... (D-star, AllStar, and TGIF work well.) #FRUSTRATED

What do you see in the call and device logs (console) on the Status page? Please verify that the mic destination settings are correct on the Mic page (you are transmitting to the TG).

In the call log it is going to the set TG or reflector. It is weird. After posting this question I went to BM hoseline and looked for my TG that did come up. That audio when I tx'd a test call did work for BM. In NXDN same the status shows calling to reflector 239. Mic setting are correct and private is not checked, so I am assuming it is set to group call. when I key up it is registering on the reflector but there is no audio. Now on the status page the test call shows 239 but it is pulling up a callsign like I was in private call no group but the private box is not checked in the mic section.

Thank you for the screenshots. Your configuration looks correct and the call log indicates that the calls are sent to TG239. Now it's up to the server if it routes your call to its clients. Try contacting the server admins if your calls are not being heard by other clients.

Ok. So interesting thing is I run the 239 reflector server. I can hear audio on the M1KE when I transmit into the reflector on my NXDN radio. When I transmit on the M1KE into the reflector no audio comes across the reflector but it shows on the dashboard and the NXDN radio is picking up the transmission from the pi but no audio. Like I said in my previous post the dejitter qeue shows on the graph the key and dekey but other than that the line goes to 0 during the transmission like the M1KE is not sending packets. For kicks I did this test on another server the Florida 1200 reflector and the same exact issue happened on that reflector as well. Same exact so I do not think it is reflector or server specific the only thing consistent is the M1KE. Any other settings or ideas I could try?

I have tried another test on my sharkRF OpenSpot4 I placed the openspot in NXDN on 1200 reflector. The NXDN radio setting were the same as the openspot (445.1250 RAN 2) and the radio was not recognized by the openspot. But I used the M1KE and transmitted on 1200 and the dejitter on the openspot was able to show transmitting coming across unlike on the M1KE dejitter qeue link.
I cant figure out why the radio will not activate the openspot. Thoughts....?

The dejitter queue on the M1KE shows audio frames which are being sent to the speaker. What you see on the graph is the TX start and end beeps.

The OS4 dejitter queue graph shows frames being sent to the modem. Have you ran NXDN AutoCal on the OS4?

Ok two things, on the OpenSpot I did run the autocal and the offset was 380 hz. Once that was saved the transmission went through without fail. The second thing with M1KE, I upgraded the software to v31. When transmitting with the M1KE the open spot sees the transmission on both reflector 239 and 1200 and the HT has a transmission RF on the radio but no audio comes through. The radio transmission is picked up and audio is heard coming through the M1KE. Weird I don’t get what’s going on. It’s not the NXDN radio and not the server for NXDN. Am I missing a setting on the M1KE?

@HA2NON I have isolated the issue to just my NXDN setup. I did use the quick setup to redo my 2 NXDN profiles I have set. One for reflector 239 (which I set up and manage) and reflector 1200 which is the Florida reflector. I am able to transmit with my radio on either reflector adn receive ausio on the M1KE. when I transmit with the M1KE on either reflector my radio does not open and no audio is broadcast. The radio is receiving the RF I can see it on the indicator on the screen and the WPSD rpi dashboard is showing the M1KE and the hotspot is transmitting the signal. I did try the same thing on my OpenSpot4 as well with the same results. I have my config file downloaded and I want to share it but do not know where to send it as I can't attach it here. --73
