Unable to connect to some but not all reflectors

Using the open spot 4 pro. I can connect to some reflectors but I get read only on 1C and quite a few others. I'm able to connect to 30C and a local gateway with no issues.

That could be down to load on the server, 1C tends to have a lot of connections.

Some reflectors block a second connection from the same IP address. Do you have a second hotspot connected to any of these.
