Web Interface using cell phone wifi

Is it possible to use the web interface on a cellphone (using the cell hotspot) when away from home wifi?

I've tried everything. The M1Ke will not connect to the Interface using my phone's hotspots.
I've tried two different phones.
SSID on M1KE Network is same as SSID and Password on Phone.

The M1KE connects to the phone hotspot fine. I'm just not able to connect to the interface via the phones hotspot.
Phone hotspot is working fine on all my other devices.

I assume you mean your M1KE is connected to your phone's Wi-Fi hotspot.

Enter http://m1ke.local/ into the phone's browser

Look at the Wi-Fi hotspot client list on the Wi-Fi hotspot settings page to find out the IP address assigned by your phone to the M1KE and enter that address into the phone's browser

Maybe I need to clarify this.
If the M1KE is connected via a phone's cellular hotspot / tethering function, is it possible to access the web interface at the same time?

Strange, I've asked two other people with M1kes and they weren't able to access the web interface using their phone with the M1ke attached via hotspot.
