Openspot freezes when trying to configure Quck Setup

I want to share with my colleagues that I am having the following problem.
When I try to make a new configuration using Quick Setup to configure the network I will use as DMR BM, DSTAR, etc., the screen freezes and does not open to proceed to the next step. This is happening on openspot2 and openspot3, which are the two devices I have.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I think it must be the latest update that is causing this configuration step to freeze.

I still see a lot of instability when trying to configure OS3 and a lot of slowness. Anyone else having this problem?

I don't think either the OS2 or OS3 have had an update in quite some time.

What update are you referring to?

OS3 and OS2 Both devices have the same problem.
They are up to date.

I click on Quick Setup > then DMR or Dstar > the next page does not load.

Same problem here, openspot 4 pro V0.85
firmware. Quick setup, select radio type, then blank screen.

2 more threads about this, it seems that something has broken at the server end with possibly SharkRF systems or maybe with some other servers that they rely on.

Not sure there is much you can do until they notice, and it's a weekend too.

I tested it today and it's working normally again. Let's wait and see if it's an update issue, but I think they've fixed it.
