Can no longer hear D-Star when crossmoding to Fusion

Hello from SoCal! My openSpot 4 Pro is great but....it is struggling with D-Star. Previously, I could use my FTM-100D to cross mode with D-star. Recently, I have not been received any audio from D-Star when listening thru my Fusion radio although I can transmit through Fusion to D-Star without difficulty. When listening to D-Star through Fusion I can see that a digital transmission is present but no audio is received. Fusion works fine with Fusion and D-Star works fine with my D75. I did not have this problem until recently. I even reset the openSpot 4 Pro to no effect. Any thoughts???

Please post a screenshot of the call log on the Status page which shows an incoming D-STAR call you don't hear.
Also verify the transcode gain settings on the Settings page.

Hello HA2NON and thanks for the reply. I am not sure if I know how to post a pic here. I will try. Anyway, I have seen a number of stations appear in the log from REF30C but no audio is heard on the TFM 100D. I also checked the cross mode audio levels. I recently changed the D-Star to Fusion level to -5db. It was originally set to -18db. There has been not change in audio begin heard.

Your log shows calls being forwarded to your transceiver. Check the DGID filtering on your transceiver, maybe it is filtering calls based on the DGID. The OS4 uses DGID 0 by default for cross mode calls. You can change this on the Settings page, C4FM settings section.
