OPENSPOT4 PRO DSTAR TO DMR WITH IC-705

HI there I just received my Pro4 and am facing some issues to set the cross mode Dstar-DMR and would like some advices please?
Radio is IC-705
I am connecting to Brandmesiter server 7242 in BR.
I can listen quite well, no problems whatsoever.
I can see that I am connecting, and transmitting when looking at the dashboard of the DVBrasil, with zero % Loss.
However reports are that my transmission is not clear or is trauncated. Just like if I was loosing packets.
I can key and hold the Parrot 724997, however I cannot receive back the transmission? So I cannot really look into my audio, myself.
is there any special setting I should look for?

First test the connection between your transceiver and the openSPOT4 using the OS4's built-in local echo service: https://manuals.sharkrf.com/openspot4/en/control-calls.html#local-echo-service

If you hear back yourself correctly then do a test using a classic REF server's echo service, for example REF001 module E or REF030 module E
