Warning: REF/XRF server is connected read only.

When I initiate a switch to the D-Star connector for connector REF063C that I have setup in my SharkRF OpenSpot 4 Pro, I receive the error message noted above. In addition, when I attempt to Tx, I receive the following error message as well:
'Can't transmit to REF/XRF Server, its connected Read-Only'. The transceiver is an ICOM IC-9700 (Firmware: 1.44), which is configured as follows:
UR: CQCQCQ
Use Repeater
R1 : KC3YVD D
R2: KC3YVD G
MY: KC3YVD

The server is probably overloaded and linked you read only.

That is not possible. Your reply is unsatisfactory. Please get me in touch with someone who can properly troubleshoot this issue. A more detail explanation is needed.

Problem fixed! The reflector had to be rebooted. I can only assume that my valid D-Star registration information hadn't been accepted by the reflector until it was rebooted.
