Poor Range on P25

Even if I move to the next room over, I lose connection (or poor connection/high BER) to the OpenSpot 4 Pro on P25. Radio(s) are within calibration specs, and I've run Autocal with no improvement. I found two others experiencing the same issue in this forum back in 2022, so I'm hoping for an update.

Has anyone found a solution for this? It's only an issue on P25 for me; using multiple different P25 radios does not change anything.

You can try a manual frequency offset adjustment, the problem is that there is no protection of the data bits in some of the header fields and the radio just can't deal with these being corrupted. The openSPOTs only try up to +/-500Hz but you can try much larger offsets to see if it helps.
