I tried what the troubleshooting section stated before posting. It was connected to the USB power supply provided with the OS2 during the update. I have tried pressing the button as the troubleshooting section stated. I tried holding the button for 30 seconds and variations. No light. To test I plug...

Same thing happen to me today. The device has no lights and will not boot into bootloader mode.

I am having a similar issue. No lights. It worked for few minutes. I did the firmware upgrade and now no lights. I tried to get it into bootloader mode with the computer as listed above, but it appear to not be responding. It appears to have died. Any ideas?

I did do it successfully, but now the device led is not showing and it is acting like a brick. Any ideas on how to restart the os2? I have left it unplugged for a while and then connected the power back. I have pushed the button for differing time lenghts. It was working.... Thanks for your help.

I upgraded to v.17 and I am not getting no lights. I have tried holding in button in for 30 seconds and other variations and no luck. Is there some known way to get the OS2 restarted?
