Re: OS2 Announcement

Voice announcements are transmitted to TG9. Make sure you've added TG9 to an RX group list in your transceiver and assign this RX group list to all channels you use for the OS2 in your transceiver.

Re: Open spot keeps connecting disconnectine

Please connect the openSPOT with a USB cable to your computer. The USB cable has to support data transfer, not just charging, so if you've connected a USB cable and it still does not show up, then try another. The originally supplied USB cable supports data transfer.

Re: Open spot keeps connecting disconnectine

You can also get the openSPOT's active IP address by entering the "net" command (without the double quotation marks) over the USB serial console. You can find more information about the USB serial console in the openSPOT user manual at https://www.sharkrf.com/products/opensp ... cy/manual/

Re: Open spot keeps connecting disconnectine

Look at the DHCP clients list. If it's not listed there then use an IP scanner app to find out the IP address if http://openspot.local/ is not working.

Re: Open spot keeps connecting disconnectine

Fast flashing red Status LED means openSPOT is trying to connect to the selected server, but it can't ...

Re: Horrible audio

You don't have to adjust RX offset or run AutoCal, as I wrote earlier, it only matters if the OS2 is receiving your transceiver poorly, but now this is not the case. Your issue is with the audio you hear on your transceiver. Do you only perform all tests using the OS2's built-in local echo service o...

Re: XLX C4FM/YSF support

We've checked and the issue is that the XLX server does not respond to YSFReflector status packets. It is missing from their implementation. We'll contact the developers of XLX to add this missing status packet implementation. Update: we've just got the answer from the devs that they'll add status p...
