The openSPOT2/3 supports CW ID both in CW and FM. The openSPOT1 only supports CW ID only in CW. Both modes can be used for a CW ID as required by amateur radio rules.

Re: Switching profiles via analog DTMF

If the modem is in C4FM mode, then it can only receive C4FM transmissions. DTMF is an in-band signalling method, it uses the same audio stream as your voice, so if you want to transmit DTMF to the openSPOT3, then you have to use the modem mode and transceiver it's modem is set to.

You can connect to this ...

Try keeping the hotspot settings page open on your iPhone to let the openSPOT3 connect to it's Wi-Fi network.

Re: Switching profiles via analog DTMF

Controlling the openSPOT3 using DTMF codes is already possible. Please see http://manuals.sharkrf.com/openspot3/en ... calls.html and also each connector's user manual page (for example http://manuals.sharkrf.com/openspot3/en ... ector.html).

Re: DMR Question

I've just tried the following: - Opened the Homebrew/MMDVM connector settings - Switched the protocol mode to MMDVM - Selected a server (I chose IPSC2-DL-HOTSPO but this does not matter) - Checked the "Use DMRplus options" checkbox - Set TS1 TG #1 to 505 - Clicked on the Save button in the Homebrew/...
