Re: can i use any generic Type-C charger

Can you please write where does it say that? You can use any standard USB charger (which can provide enough current) and good quality type C cable.

Re: Other users callsigns not passing through on Pi-Star or Xreflector dashboards

Your openSPOT3 displays the callsign it receives from the network. You can get further information about the decoding process in the device log on the Status page (make sure Advanced mode is turned on at the bottom right of the web interface).

Re: Problem with YSF Yaesu team id and openspot3

You can't do anything about it. The transceiver inserts it's ID automatically to it's outgoing stream and this can't be turned off. Usually the server will replace it with "ANY". Just ignore it.

Re: Problem with YSF Yaesu team id and openspot3

Yaesu transceivers transmit their own IDs in the destination callsign. This is done by the transceiver, and it is normal and you can ignore it. The server will usually cut the destination callsign and replace it with the text "ALL".

Re: WiFi invisible

Place the openSPOT3 closer to the Wi-Fi hotspot while it is scanning for Wi-Fi networks. Check if 2.4GHz Wi-Fi mode and SSID broadcast are enabled on the router.

Re: Echo service Bug

Currently the D-STAR echo reply is limited around 2 seconds. This is only mentioned in the openSPOT3 user manual, but we'll add it to the openSPOT2 user manual.

Re: bring up tool bar

If you use a small screen device to open the openSPOT2's web interface then the top menu bar can be opened by clicking on the hamburger menu icon (2 horizontal lines) at the top right of the web interface.
