Please look at the device log over the USB serial console to find out what is exactly happening. You can enable logging if you enter the "log" command (without the double quotation marks). https://manuals.sharkrf.com/openspot4/e ... l#page-top

Displayed percentage is representing the time to charge and discharge. The mentioned jump when you connect/disconnect the charger is normal.

You can change the owner DMR ID at the bottom of the Quick Setup dialog.

REF030E probably has a 30 second time limit for the echo service.
