Re: Cross Mode DSTAR to DMR

I just got it going. My DMR ID in the connector and under settings had the extra digit.
When I changed the one under settings to the basic number, all started working.
Thanks.

Cross Mode DSTAR to DMR

I have not been able to get the OS3 to cross mode from DSTAR to DMR. (brandmeister)
Has anyone found a way to make this work?

Re: DSTAR REF001C

Yes, it appears at one time I accidentally had two hotspots connected to the same reflector
and the watchdog software locked me out. I have been reset now and all is well.

DSTAR REF001C

I have not been able to connect to REF001C for over a week.
Has anyone else had this problem or is it just me?
Other DSTAR connections work fine.

Re: OpenSpot3 Power on/off

Taking this one step further - If the OS3 powers down when when car power is shut off, it would be nice to later be able to turn it back on manually under battery power if you are no longer in the car. As far as I can tell, the only way to get it back on in that mode is to connect external power aga...

Re: SharkRF IP Connector Server

You are absolutely correct ! It looks like the main
problem I had was not knowing how to bring up the dashboard.
All seems to be working fine.
Thank-you very much for your help.

Re: SharkRF IP Connector Server

Well, I did everything you listed above and all seemed to install fine. No errors that I saw, when it came time to re-boot, everything died again. Recycle power and it goes back to the normal desktop. The only thing different I was using a Raspberry Pi4. I don't know if that will make a difference? ...

Re: SharkRF IP Connector Server

That would be a tremendous help. Thank-you.
For those of us with limited Linux ability, it would be
nice if the SharkRF folks would also make a disc image available
for download.

Re: SharkRF IP Connector Server

Thank-you for the suggestion. I have tried that also without success.
It appears to go through all the proper steps but when it comes
time to reboot it all locks up.
This might be a problem as I was running the current version
of Raspian rather than STRETCH.

Re: SharkRF IP Connector Server

I have tried that but I was unable to make it work.

If a Raspberry Pi disc image could be posted, that would be a great help.
