Re: Have two ,openspots how to log into each one?

Re: Yaesu FT2DR with "Wires X"

I'm curious to know how he might be doing it. Are you certain he's not connecting to his node? Can you post a link to the video? I've got a FT2DR and a WIRES-X node as well as the OS1 and OS2. Pushing the WIRES-X button and having it time-out results from it looking for the node/repeater and unable ...

Re: Openspot2 and Iphone

The other option which I haven't completely verified yet is to list both your home and mobile (Hotspot) WiFi networks in the profile(s). Either just one profile with both or maybe two profiles with both WiFi sources with their locations within the profile swapped. Basically profile one with home the...

Re: Openspot2 and Iphone

Re: Openspot2 and Iphone

Yep your phone has to be on the Hotspot menu for it to be active. Once you leave the Hotspot page it disables the connection.

Re: Two OpenSpot 2s on one network

Yep, no problem. Most of the time I have both the original OS and the OS2 running at the same time. Slightly different freqs in different YSF rooms but no problems at all. Granted one is hardwired and one is WiFi but I doubt there would be any issues. I think you just have to make sure and have diff...

Re: Another iPhone Connection Mystery

Mine works great with my iPhone 8. But there were a few little things learned during the process. For the initial set-up I first turn on the phone Hotspot (with both WiFi and Bluetooth). Then I'll connect to it with my computer (MacBook Pro). The phone will indicate that they are connected. I'll act...
