Re: DMR MARC Server

I don't believe hotspots are allowed access to the MARC servers directly.

Re: Inconsistent connections to wi-fi networks

Sounds familiar to my posts Norbert. Sparky I would also suggest you take a look at your logs on the router or AP and see if you are seeing key exchange timeouts or 4-way handshake failures.

Re: BrandMeister linked dynamic TGs

If you are dynamically linked to 2 TG's you will hear both. Its what you told BM to do. The only way that would really work is to put the radio into promiscuous mode so that you can hear either TG if either comes in. And yes....always best to TG4000 to make sure you are fully disconnected from any T...

Re: OS 2 and 4-way handshake fail / key exchange timeout

So I am a little confused...How will changing what DNS I use impact the OS2 connecting to my local AP? The OS2 is currently connected just fine to those DNS servers. Whether I use Google or Comcast or any other DNS service, that should make no difference. The reason for my forum posting is to identi...

Re: OS 2 and 4-way handshake fail / key exchange timeout

Here is my screenshot showing that I have a strong RSSI since the OS2 is about 6 feet away from the AP.

Re: OS 2 and 4-way handshake fail / key exchange timeout

Already done. That's how the AP is set up. 20mhz on channel 1. The issue at this point is that the OS2 will switch profiles if I do it from the web browser. Its when I try to change the profile from the RF/radio side. That reboot behaves differently and will not reconnect to the AP unless I power do...

Re: OS 2 and 4-way handshake fail / key exchange timeout

Yes my wifi password is all lower case. No special characters. I am able to replicate this pretty much every time I do a profile change from the radio . It will just flash blue and continue to say trying to connect wifi network. If I disconnect power for a bit and then reappy power, it usually takes...

Re: Openspot2 login: open wlan without password ?

I doubt you will be able use it that way since public hotspots want a username and password that the OS2 cant recognize.

Re: OS 2 and 4-way handshake fail / key exchange timeout

I upgraded to beta 48 this morning. Still seeing the same issue as before. If I attempt to change profiles, the OS2 can no longer properly handshake with the AP. I have to power it down for a few seconds, plug it back in and hope it will do the key exchange properly. Still no luck with either my Sam...
