Physically you can connect to multiple wifis if you have multiple antennas or at least multiple virtual devices which I doubt the openspot is capable of (hardware and/or software side). So you should rather stick to using only one wifi network at a time and change them as your location changes. I do...

When logged into brandmeister.network, go to Services -> SelfCare . To get your hotspot listed (there comes a new menu item below Services) set a hotspot selfcare password. Then use this password on your Openspot to connect (connector menu) to the BM Master server. This should make your hotspot gets...

Go to modem settings, change the frequency to whatever you need and hit the SAVE button. Enter the frequency to both RX and TX Don't forget to hit the save button next to the frequency boxes. Besides that, I wonder if the 10mW (you can turn that even down) of power would bother your local frequency ...
