FCS Listing Out Of Numerical Order

Even after my last update to V38 the numerical sequence of the FCS reflectors is out of order? Is this a function of the FCS servers or is this an issue with OS2? I can find the reflector I'm looking for and connect fine, but it is a bit frustrating to find looking through a hundred seemingly random...

Re: Openspot2 Switching between WiFi Signals

My OS2 switches back and forth with no issues. My internet sources are both Verizon Jetpacks one of which is an unlimited data plan and my primary when at home. The other one is the same Jetpack model, but not an unlimited plan and I use this one when traveling. Both work fine and switching isn't an...

5 ghz support on OS2?

I don't suppose there is a hidden 5 ghz radio included in the OS2 that will be implemented in a future update? It sure would be nice in areas of 2.4 ghz wifi saturation.

Maybe?

I do love my OS2 and OS1 too for that matter.

Re: Openspot2 dropping wifi connection

I have both the open spot 1 and 2 and a few days ago I made a 70 mile drive over an area of secondary roads and very spotty in and out cell coverage. I used a Verizon Jetpack 7730L while driving one way and a Jetpack 8800L driving back the same road. I had the Open Spot 1 and 2 set to the same YSF R...

Re: OS2 con OS1 advantages in mobile setup

I have an OS1 with a tp-link router attached to a battery pack and this combination is definitely portable, but not as portable as the OS2. I was riding on a golf cart yesterday with a Verizon Jetpack and the OS2 both in my shirt pocket and talking on Alabama Link with an FT1XDR HT. The Jetpack was ...

Re: Problème YSFReflectors (C4FM)

I don't normally download/install any Beta Firmware. I wait for the released stable version, but in the case of v22 I d/l and installed it about an hour ago and have made 2 successful contacts with MMDVM boards with me being connected to a YSF reflector (Alabama Link).

Thank you Norbert.
