Re: ID using MCW rather than CW

Don't think MCW is possible using the ADF7021 modem, it's not intended for analogue modes. There’s an ADF7021 in my MMDVM hat sitting on a Raspberry Pi, running under Pi-Star. That sends FM MCW which sounds fine on an FM handy. 73 Dave I have 3 Pi Zero Ws with HS_HATs, but I've never enabled the CW...

Re: ID using MCW rather than CW

The currently transmitted unmodulated carrier wave satisfies regulatory requirements. It might well do, but as a seasoned ex professional Morse operator, even I find it hard to work out my own ID from a Shark using an FM hand held... 73 Dave Don't think MCW is possible using the ADF7021 modem, it's...

Re: After update to V34 wifi constantly connecting and disconnecting

The changelog for v34 (which is a beta) shows that the WiFi module firmware has been updated in this release.

I would suggest that you downgrade to fix it, I think v32 is the latest non-beta version.

NTP support

Some time ago I think it was mentioned that Shark were looking at adding the ability to sync the RTC on the openSPOT, thus avoiding the browser displaying incorrect times in the heard list.

Is there any chance that this will happen before support ends?

Re: How to setup for update

David has discontinued development of Peanut and turned off the server. Saw something about it on Twitter.

I know nothing about Peanut.

Re: How to setup for update

As soon as you execute the reboot to bootloader command then it will be disconnected, only the USB host will be active.

Re: Not being able to clearly receive transmissions.

Sounds like a network or server problem then.

What server and reflector/TG are you using?

Re: WiFi Sensitivity

I thought I'd posted some more information, but I'm obviously not multitasking very effectively! The other two devices are a Google Home Mini and and Google Pixel2XL, with spec'd WiFi power outputs of 20 and 19 dBm respectively. Obviously not a "controlled" measurement, but the access point consist...
