NXDN Reflector

So with v25 beta & beyond we’re supposed to be able to change reflectors by changing the channel on our radios, but when I boot up I’m on my default reflector, when I change the channel to let’s say North America the connector page still says I’m connected to my default reflector. Am I missing somet...

Re: Openspot2 Switching between WiFi Signals

I’ve noticed the same thing. It will go from connection 1 to connection 2 but will not go back to connection 1 without a power recycle.

NXDN Reflectors

I realize it’s just beta but, is the openSPOT2 ever going to be able to switch reflectors without going into the interface? If not this device will be pretty useless for NXDN especially for the price tag!

Re: Failed upgrade

What do you mean by upgrade downloads to fail? It does not go up to 100%? Yes Norbert it gets to about 95% & then says it fails. I tried 5 times same thing. This morning it auto started the download, got to 95% & failed again. My other openSPOT*2 riquired a request 3 times before it actually took i...

Re: Failed upgrade

Yes I’m still getting the same thing this morning. I watched it get all the way to 95-96% and then it fails 5 times last night. I shut them both down last night & booted them back up this morning. It must’ve went into auto download because when I brought up the interface & went to tools it was alrea...

Failed upgrade

What could cause multiple firmware upgrade downloads to fail? It can’t be my internet because everything else internet related works just fine ie. browsing, video streaming, etc.

Faster upgrade times

Or at least download times. Over 5 minutes to download 1.22MB seems a little excessive for a 4G LTE connection. That’s just for the firmware upgrade. I’m now working on a 3rd unsuccessful download of just firmware. Data/callsign database takes 3 times as long for 4.63MB file. Callsign database was m...
