I don't agree with your statement. The company has been great and my OpenSPOT fantastic. Every question I asked was always answered quickly. One of my questions prompted them to do a quick fix for me to test that resulted in excellent results. They had the fix for me to try in a matter of hours. Tha...
Okay, I ran 0129 for about a day. Even with switching the modem modulation to 4FSK Raised Cosine just to get it to work, the audio was much worse. While the setting made it work the audio would break up regularly. This build is borderline unusable. With all that, I rolled back to 0125, recalibrated ...
For info, I have found that changing the demod to 4FSK Raised Cosine seems to have cleared the problem for me. This may or may not work for others but definitely something changed between firmware v0126 and 0127 As fare as I can remember mine has been set to 4FSK since it was new (early 2017). I sa...
I am running version 125 which is a build you sent me to correct a couple of problems. This build works great. I upgraded to 127 which appeared to have upgraded successfully. However, while version 127 appears to be transmitting on the correct frequency, I can't hear anything. People can hear me jus...

This is greatly needed. Please consider looking into this ability.

I've had no issues upgrading my OpenSpot on macOS Sierra 10.12.3 macOS does complain it wasn't ejected properly, but I've done two upgrades now and it completes everything time. What happens to your configuration when you update the firmware from your Mac? I have consistently had problems and it wi...
I was running 0117 and exported the configuration. I loaded 0121 using the terminal method on a iMac running High Sierra. I had some difficulty getting it to take the update but not nearly as much problem as before. However, as I have experienced with every firmware update, it blows away my settings...

Mac Users: install virtualbox, install Ubuntu Desktop in a VM on it, then setup virtualbox to auto-mount the OpenSpot when it's in bootloader mode. View hidden files, delete any .ds_store files, then download and drag-n-drop the latest firmware update file over to the OpenSPOT and it should update ...
I have the same Mac firmware update issues. When I do get it to work with the command line method, it always wipes out all my settings. I have tried backing up and then restoring the settings but every time I try to restore, I get a CRC error. So, I rarely update the firmware because of this. PITA I...
