The openSPOT uses DHCP to obtain an IP-address. If you connected the opesSPOT directly to your computer with a TP-cable it does not get and IP-address unless you are running a DHCP server on your computer. Good news ;)

One of the defected TYT MD380's is on it's way to SharkRF for further investigations.

Let's cross our fingers and hope that the engineers at SharkRF will find out the reason and solve the receiving problems.

Why do you write publicly that we have refused your offer? You've sent the videos but we haven't responded to that email yet. Yes, that is what I see when I want to login.
I did the factory reset, at first it was possible to login, but the second time again there was the message, Invalid password.
I have seen this same error message few times but next attempts have solved the problem.
