Here we go again

I thought I would try again with this Os2
So my thoughts where let’s reset and try from the start .
Well I have now tried it on 3 computers . I get to the screen where I put my unit I.d so far so good
Then I press connect after about 120 seconds nothing at all
If any one from the company is reading this I must insist the you supply me with a postal address to
send the unit back for a full refund .
If I don’t get a reply I can take it no one from the company has fear this so I will look to contact you via Facebook

You wrote that the OS2 disconnects from the server. Please answer my question: What does the OS2's log show on the status page when this happens?

Can you please describe what's not working for you in full detail?
Where is the connect button you click on?
Which screen do you mean where you input your ID? The Quick Setup?

I cant do that as I cant get in to the log as it won’t connect
If you can tell me how to connect I will do it .
Now I can’t see it in the WiFi settings this seems to be a new problem
It is not advertising its self as a access point
Again if you can tell me how to do this
