The OS2 shows you exactly what it receives from the server.

Which server and linked TG do you use which reproduces this issue?

I have more information. I was on BM TG 91. And I was getting the double entries for each keyup. I then keyed up on TG 3177. At that point, the openSPOT2 showed me as dynamically linked to both 91 and 3177. But...the double entries from TG 91 stopped, just as soon as I keyed up on 3177. When I keyed up on TG 3177, TG 91 suddenly was behaving normally with a single entry per keyup.

It would appear that the last-keyed TG is handled differently than other dynamically linked TGs. And it would seem the situation may strictly be with the last-keyed TG.

Thank you for the additional information. This also proves that it is not an issue with the OS2, as talkgroup/reflector linking is entirely handled by the server/network and not the OS2. What the OS2 does is forwards calls to/from your transceiver to/from the server. Anyway, we'll try to reproduce the issue and see what exactly the server sends in this case.

FYI

I have noticed the same today.
C4FM crossmode to DMR Brandmeister.
Static linked 242, 24204, 242310
Dynamic 242310

Removed 242310 from the static, thinking having both there was the issue, but still receiving two announcements for each call on 242310.

Update: but not for calls heard via static 242.

I am also experiencing this also, just not on all calls.

Hi, same situation here. Bought the OS2 with firmware V41, everything was ok. On all calls. I am also running Pi-Star, here it does not happen. Kind regards Heinz
