location comment / status message for APRS

is it possible to have the OS3 or subsequent models, take the info from current connector status, and send that information out as the APRS location comment / status message, with a selectable toggle?

You can use different configuration profiles with different APRS location comments and switch between these configuration profiles to have the comment changed.

I know that. but having to change profiles every time you change reflectors or talkgroups is cumbersome.

having it done automatically as an optional feature, would be much more seamless and provide extra information for mobile OS3 users.
