FEATURE WISH LIST FOR openSPOT4

So far, I can only think of a few features I'd love to see on the next version of the openSPOT. They are, in no particular order:

1. A physical Ethernet port.

2. More battery life! (I have never managed to get ten hours with my OS3, even with TX power at minimum, powersave on, LED's at minimum etc.).

3. The ability to separate network profiles and radio profiles... so any one network profile could use any of the radio profiles, and vise versa.

4. This is probably the least likely or hardest to implement, but an analog-capable radio so Allstar could be included in the supported modes.

Hey, if the Clearnode can run DV Switch and transcode to and from DMR...
