Help configuring TPLink

I have the TLink connected to the PC as per the diagram on the manual but when I open the browser on I get this message....

Oops! It looks like you aren't connected to your TP-Link network.Please check your network connection and try again.

I want to configure it to use on mobile, would appreciate help from the group. Thanks

I just received a TP Link device this afternoon and spent some time setting it up.

That page you see is actually on the internet (as opposed to being in your TP link router). In my case, I had connected the TP link to my computer via ethernet cable, and didn't remember to turn off the wifi connection. My browser traffic was routing out to the internet over wifi, and I got that page.

Make sure you're in Client mode so you can attach the device to your phone/wifi etc. when you do get access.
