Continually shows "connector connecting'

For several days now the OpenSpot shows "connector connecting" and will not connect to the Brandmeister network. I have re-loaded firmware, reset the unit, changed to every BM server listed, checked the BM settings to make sure no password required. Out of ideas. Has the unit just failed?

Please use your hotspot security password you've set on your BrandMeister dashboard, or turn hotspot security off and use the default password "passw0rd" (without the quotation marks).
