Two identical OpenSpot - one in dstar another in dmr will conflict on the same Internet channel?

No. Make sure you set different hostnames for each openSPOT so you can access their web interfaces with their unique names (
http://hostname.local/).

Hosts are already with a different unique names at the moment, because I have OS v1 and 2.

And if I use both in DMR mode?

If you are using the BrandMeister network then append an SSID to your DMR ID at the Homebrew/MMDVM connector settings. Example: if your DMR ID is 223344 then enter it as 22334401 and 22334402 (the SSID always has to be 2 numeric characters ranging from 01 to 99).
