Agree with you on the debug. I was also surprised the SharkRF support did not ask me to turn on some back-end debug interface through the web browser, and grab a debug file; or setup a TFTP; or telnet into the device on a debug port... so that they can get very in-depth information on what can possibly generate the crash; without having the device to physically make an international trip!

Especially considering that the audience for these devices is technical, so this is something we can totally assist with... unlike customers for the Kindle for example.

You bet that I tried the device at another location and that the result was the same!

Anyways, at my main place there is a dv4mini connected to a raspberryPi... and the OpenSpot took its place. Being that both are hotspots there is no reason why the dv4mini/raspi would work in this environment and not the OpenSpot.

Has everything been working okay with your OpenSpot ? How long have you had it ?
