Losing Internet

Using the original Openspot for about 9 months flawlessly. It has developed a problem for about the past 3 weeks. After about 7 to 12 hours I can not receive or transmit anything and the ethernet led glows solid instead of blinking off and on. If I disconnect either the power or data cable and reconnect them everything is back up and working for another 7-12 hours Do you have any suggestions?
i also have an Openspot 2 using the same server & it ran without any problems for several days without showing any issues. When my original Openspot exhibits its problems, I can transmit to the Openspot echo and I get a reply. But when I transmit to the Brandmeister parrot, I do not get any reply.
I appreciate any help you might give me.

Does the network shows your openSPOT is connected on the BM dashboard?
