Cannot connect

My original open spot has been working flawlessly since I got it but now I can not connect.I get a flashing red all the time. I checked the router info page and it shows the open spot as an Ethernet device but it indicates the status is off.
I have tried to reset the OS, reset the router, tried different usb cables and Ethernet cables but it will not connect.

Which LED is red? Is the ETH LED green?

Status light flashing red
ACT light green pulsing slowly
ETH ACT green pulsing rapidly

Make sure openSPOT is connected to the same router your browser device is connected to with an Ethernet cable. If http://openspot.local/ does not work then please open the web interface by entering openSPOT's IP address in your browser. You can find openSPOT's IP address by looking at the DHCP client list in your router's web interface, or you can use an IP or MDNS scanner app.
