I am back on 1.08 and it still doesn't work. It stucks on "connecting reflector" as I see on the html interface and actually can't connect. When it connects accidentally after fiddling around for ages I can't figure out why. The DVMega with BlueDV connects same reflectors at the same time normally and reliable like the Openspot always used to do.
Seems like 1.10 implemented something which can not be removed by downgrade to 1.08. It also doesn't matter how I change reflector. By Ur CALL command (which has been working perfectly before) or via html settings, both same effects. DMR seems working as usual. Fusion I am not using.
I won't go on in testing (took too much time) and wait for a fix. Openspot will have a relaxed time in the cupboard until then.

By the way, by now I

-made a full reset
-checked router
-checked firewall
-checked the network cables
-checked IP's
-changed firmwares
-used different radios
-used different routers
-used mobile network (LTE) and home network (DSL)
-tried DCS and REF
-left it running idle and tried to connect later
-left it switched off for a while (heat?)
nothing solved the issue.

Would have been a miracle if that helped coz I never changed anything the time the problem appeared.

If you can sniff the packets on your wired network with Wireshark or similar then you can probably work out what is happening.

The USB logging function on openSPOT could also help with this.

Are you sure your modem is D-STAR mode and save your settings? I tried your callsign on REF001C and I could connect.

Hi

Yes the modem appears to be set correctly, but that would not explain why it would connect ok to DCS reflectors just not REF ones.

It now seems to be working and connecting ok if I control it from the Openspot directly but it will STILL not let me control it properly via the radio and connect to REF reflectors. It WILL however let me connect to DCS via the radio.

Using and Icom ID-31E and was working fine until a few days ago.

Ok thanks for information John. I suggest you increase the Openspot's transmitter power (1 mW) and upgrade your firmware to 115. Openspot can control via radio so please check you radio settings.

Hi

As previously stated, it was working FINE and then just stopped. Radio settings are fine and haven't changed. Don't see how updating firmware will help when it controls DCS fine but not REF?

Other people with different firmware versions are having the same or similar issues?

Hello

I have updated the firmware to 0115 but the same problem still persists and I am unable to switch to, or between, REF reflectors using the radio.

Any more idea's?
