Bridge to WIRES-X Node

Post by W9AC »

The Chicago FM Club (CFMC) has a WIRES-X node at port 28512. It's not already cross-linked to either FCS nor YSFReflector. To access CFMC from my OpenSpot2, will I need external equipment like a Yaesu HRI-200?

Yes. The openSPOT2 does not support connecting directly to Wires-X.

Just curious, has this feature now been implemented in the OpenSpot 2?

The openSPOT2 does not support connecting directly to the proprietary Wires-X network.
