differences between mmdvm and Homebrew under connectors
differences between mmdvm and Homebrew under connectors
In the connectors area when you select mmdvm Homebrew there are two radio buttons that appear below it asking you which protocol you want to use mmdvm or Homebrew. What is the difference? For example, all of the brandmeister stuff seems to be listed under Homebrew but TGIF is listed under mmdvm why the two radio buttons and what do they actually do?
Re: differences between mmdvm and Homebrew under connectors
The Homebrew/MMDVM connector supports 2 protocol modes. The Homebrew protocol is used for connecting to the BrandMeister Network, the MMDVM protocol is used for connecting to other networks.

Re: differences between mmdvm and Homebrew under connectors
As of this morning, TGIF and XLX have disappeared from the list of available connectors. The only options available are DMARC and DMRPlus.
I have made zero changes to settings on the OpenSpot2.
