I'm afraid I'm a bit dense, I go through the update procedures. The zip drive and the file is there, I cannot get it to install, I always get a message "go to app store"? I do not get the indication that the update is taking place. Please just a step by step so I can find out what I'm doing wrong. I follow the instructions to the letter.
